Using a recent pre-recorded surgery*, Dr. McCammon, an international leader in the continuing development of the AdVance™ Male Sling, will focus on discussing the procedure that uses three small incisions to implant a mesh sling that supports the urethra and stops urine leakage.

Surgeons will also discuss options for women with urinary incontinence.

Did You Know?

  • Over 13 million men and women in the United States** suffer from urinary incontinence, the inability to control the bladder.
  • A mesh sling that restores control over the bladder is helping both men and women to return to activities they enjoy, without fear of leakage.

* Pre-recorded from the OR at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.
