Dr. Allen K. Sills, Jr., Semmes-Murphey Neurologic & Spine Institute, is on the Senior Leadership Council at Methodist University Hospital and is the Chairman of the Neurosciences Strategic Planning Commission for Methodist Healthcare. A nationally-recognized neurosurgeon, Dr. Sills has authored many publications regarding his research in Neuroscience, and has received the Upjohn Award and the Matthew Wood Faculty Teaching Award from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Sills is currently medical director for the Methodist University Hospital and specializes in brain tumors, cerebrovascular disease, Gamma Knife, and sports neurosurgery.

Dr. Frederick Alan Boop is recognized around the world as a teacher and expert in the most current practices of pediatric neurosurgery, epilepsy and spasticity. With more than 20 years of experience and chapters in more than 20 books, Dr. Boop has written nearly 75 peer-reviewed articles, case reports and abstracts featured in publications such as Pediatric Neurosurgery, American Journal of Neurology and Child's Nervous System.

Dr. Boop is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and the American Board of Pediatric Neurological Surgery. He currently serves as the Chairman on the Council of State Neurological Societies, Advisory Board Member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons Bulletin and President of the Southern Neurological Society.
