Will the tear eventually re-attach if let to heal on it's own? What are the down sides of this approach? Thank You

It requires a surgeon who is trained in advanced arthroscopic surgical techniques and a facility equipped to do arthroscopc rotator cuff repair. thanks sdmartin

The procedure requires a surgeon trained in advanced arthroscopic techniques and familiar with the procedure and a facility equippped to do the procedure. thanks sd martin
