Many anchor companies are loading special high tensile strength suturing material in thier anchors. Does the possibility of the suture material tearing through the tissue concern you? Is there failure associated with this new high strength material?

Anchors come in different sizes and types, including metal anchors and biabsorbable anchors which are made of polylactic acid and dissolve over time. thanks sdmartin
