Do you sometimes perform release of the suprascapular nerve at same time as you do your cuff repair and if so - what are your indications? Thank you again

In the setting of large retracted cuff tears there may be some suprscapular nerve entrapment. In this setting sometimes just doing the tendon releases and mobilizing the cuff will also decompress the nerve. The nerve is not formally decompressed unless indicated as in a primary entrapment that has failed conservative therapy. thanks
