In your opinion, is it important to debried the boone at the foot-print to provide healing? Best regards from Sweden

Preparation of the attachment site of the rotator cuff includes scarrifying or gently debriding the bone free of all fibrous tisse without weakening the bone. The acromion is also flatten or decompressed to prevent impingement of the cuff post-operatively with possible retearing of repair. thanks sdmartin
