Q - What do I need, to view the programs?
A - You will need a high-speed internet connection to view the program. We require at least 250 Kbps but recommend at least a 500 Kbps connection. You must also have access through any corporate firewalls that may be in place between you and the Internet.
Download and installation of the Flash 9 player may require administrative access to your computer, which is normally provided by your IT department. See the Check System Requirements page for more information about downloading and installing the Flash 9 player.

A - Flash is a free downloadable plug-in used by your internet browser to display graphics, sound, video files, and interactive applications.

Q- Will my company's firewall interfere with the webcast?
A - Certain restrictive firewalls or system settings may interfere with steaming video or the initial installation of the Flash 9 player. Check with your system administrator about any firewall/network restrictions prior to viewing the webcast.
Your IT department may also restrict access to certain ports including the FlashComm server port. Your IT department will need to grant you access to this port before you will be able to view the Internet Slide Presentation version of the webcast.
